本書主要研究科技創新推動下的中國現代國家治理和發展戰略。全書共分七章，內容分別為：（1）技術創新競爭下中國的高技術產業集群；（2）中國的量子技術發展戰略；（3）粵港澳大灣區在技術創新和勞動密集產業方面的合作式發展；（4）關於在中國東北（圖們江）創建一個太平洋出海口並使其成為海岸經濟區的設想及實施策略；（5）科學認知創新下的技術範式變遷和產業革命；（6）管理中的決策制定的邏輯和認知推理；（7）開放系統組織的理性模型。本書試圖總結高技術發展的大背景下中國的高技術發展戰略、國家治理經驗、產業發展戰略、地緣政治戰略、現代管理理念創新等方面的突出貢獻、理論革新和可能方向，向世界介紹中國現代國家治理的經驗成果、發展戰略選擇以及高技術在其中所起到的重要作用。

作者簡介
Zhicheng Tang, Ph. D., is currently engaged in research in Innovation Management Institute of Tsinghua University in China. The main research areas are: technological innovation, national governance, social governance, system management, complex system engineering management, technology and society, public cognition, scientific cognition, philosophy of science, etc.
